Vaikų globa šeimose: budinčių globotojų retrospektyvinė patirtis

Magistro darbo tikslas – išanalizuoti budinčių globotojų retrospektyvinę patirtį, globojant vaikus, netekusius tėvų globos. Šiam tikslui pasiekti buvo iškelti šie uždaviniai: atskleisti vaiko globos šeimoje svarbą ir teisinį reglamentavimą; aprašyti budinčio globotojo sampratą ir jų pasirengimą vaiko globai; išanalizuoti budinčių globotojų retrospektyvinę patirtį, globojant vaikus šeimose. Tyrimas atskleidė, kad pasirengimas globai priklauso nuo asmenų motyvacijos. Asmenų, norinčių tapti budinčiais globotojais motyvaciją lėmė asmeninė patirtis, emocijos, noras save realizuoti, asmeninės savybės, papildomos pajamos, papildomas darbas, globos įstaigų specialistų, artimųjų paskatinimas. Tyrimo metu paaiškėjo, kad specializuoti GIMK mokymai yra naudingi, skatina tobulėjimą ir patenkina budinčių globotojų psichosocialinius poreikius. Mokymų trūkumas – teorinis specialistų pasirengimas ir globos patirties stoka, taip pat stokojama patirties sklaidos mokymų metu. Tyrimas atskleidė, kad budintys globotojai susiduria su neigiamu visuomenės požiūriu, juos palaiko tik artimieji. Tyrimo metu paaiškėjo, kad darbo specifiškumas pasireiškia globos specialistų tikrinimais, pokyčiais šeimoje ir finansiniu neteisingumu.
The purpose of master’s degree – to analyse the retrospective experience of foster families, in the care of children, deprived of parental care. The goals have been set to achieve this are: reveal the importance and legal regulation of child custody in the family; describe the concept of guardian on duty and their preparation for the care of a child; to analyse the retrospective experience of foster parents, in the care of children deprived of parental care in their families. The study revealed, that the preparation for care depends on the motivation of the person. The motivation of individuals wishing to become foster parents is determined by personal experience, fulfil one’s desire, extra income, characteristics, extra work, care home professionals and encouragement of relatives. It appeared that specialize GIMK training is helpful, it promotes improvement and meets the psychosocial needs of caregivers. The lack of training is: theoretical training of specialist and lack of care experience, there is also a lack of experience in dissemination training. The study also revealed that foster parents face a negative public attitude, they are supported only by loved ones. During the study we got to know, that the specificity of the work is reflected in the examination of care professionals, change in the budget and financial injustice. Study shown that during the child’s adaptation in a foster family, the guardians restore the foreign child’s sense of belonging by showing attention, stroking their head, carry them on the hands, engaging the child in a variety of activities, provides a sense of security, and meets basic needs like: education, health, etc. The study revealed that caregivers maintain contact with the child’s biological parents to the extent possible, it also depends on the motivation of the parent themselves, on the children and foster parents character. The study revealed that foster parent is provided non formally (personal) and formally (care homes, various institutions, non- governmental organization) help, however, they do not make most of them. Foster parents identified the need for improvement in the acquisition of psychological knowledge, financial skills, and the need to disseminate professionalism through participation in supervision and the sharing of good practice.
