Abstract

The aim of master‘s thesis – analyze importance of investments for economics of the state, presumptions of international investments and their possibilities. In this work we try analysis of the process of investments, decision making about investments and schemes of collective investments. The work consists of four main parts: analysis of problem, theoretical decisions, research and its results, conclusions and proposals. The characteristic items of international business and reasons of growing demand for investments were analyzed in the first part. Theoretical solutions of problem were represented in the second part. In this part the place of shares was separted with their role in international process of investments, discussed characteristics of the actives of international investments, their risk, advantages and schemes of collective investments. The third part was based on the investigation of demand of international investments in Lithuania and its atraction for investments. Key thesises and sugestions of atracting international investments were resumed in the fourth part. The list of references consists of works of Lithuanian and foreign researchers.
