Abstract

In master work is analysed partnership. The main point of partnership is ensure possibility to representative of personnel and employer for equal opportunities with state government representative to participate on the different work questions discussions ant to take all parties resolutions. The work objective is to identificate problems of triprate partnership in work market. The work goals are to explore activity of triprate institutions; to initiate defects of triprate partnership. The work object is the triprate partnership in Lithuania work market. The work methods are nonfiction, analyse of documents, quistionnare.
