Magistro baigiamajame darbe išanalizuoti ir ištirti NVŠ prieinamumo ir kokybės užtikrinimo pokyčių įgyvendinimo Vilniaus miesto savivaldybėje aspektai. Pirmoje darbo dalyje analizuojamas NVŠ prieinamumo ir kokybės užtikrinimas. Šioje dalyje apibūdinama NVŠ samprata, politinė svarba, aptariamas NVŠ Lietuvos nacionalinėje politikoje, išskiriami NVŠ parametrai apimant siekius ir įgyvendinimo finansavimą. Antroje dalyje aprašoma tyrimo metodologija: apibūdinami tyrimo metodai, imtis, instrumentai, reprezentatyvumas, tyrimo organizavimo etika. Trečioje dalyje analizuojamas NVŠ prieinamumo ir kokybės užtikrinimo veiksmingumo Vilniaus miesto savivaldybėje empirinis tyrimas, pateikiami gauti rezultatai ir jų apibendrinimas. Darbo pabaigoje apibendrinamos išvados ir teikiami pasiūlymai.
The Master‘s thesis analyses and investigates the implementation of changes in the availability and quality of non-formal children‘s education in Vilnius City Municipality. The first part of the thesis analyses the accessibility and quality assurance of non-formal education for children. This part describes the concept of non-formal children‘s education, the political importance of non-formal children‘s education, discusses non-formal children‘s education in the national policy of Lithuania, and identifies the parameters of non-formal children‘s education, including the objectives and financing of implementation. The second part describes the methodology of the study: research methods, sample, instruments, representativeness, ethics of research organisation. The third part analyses the empirical study on the effectiveness of accessibility and quality assurance of non-formal education for children in Vilnius City Municipality, presents the results obtained and their summary. The Master‘s thesis concludes with a summary of conclusions and proposals.
