Abstract

In this work the research has been done about purposes of real estate cadastre, principles of cadastre. This work is analyzing the practice of national enterprise Registru centras. This work is describing data of real estate cadastre. The research has been made about basics of construction’s cadastral measurement methodology. Formation of construction layout in the plot when the measurements of land plot has been made, and when they are not. Plans of land plot which are made and construction layout plans were analyzing in this work. Prime attention is set on the cadastral measurements of building, other building data gathering and treatment. Explicit inside and outside cadastral measurements, evaluation of height, area and capacity calculation, drawing the floors of the building. The work is analyzing cadastral data of main buildings – individual living houses through the reference of already formatted cadastral cases of living houses. The economical evaluation of living houses and cadastral case formatting has been made. In the end the conclusions and suggestions are given.
