Mokyklos kultūros kaitos vadyba siekiant inovatyvių technologinių sprendimų ugdymo procese

Lietuvos ir Europos Sąjungos dokumentuose, kurie reglamentuoja švietimą, pabrėžiamas individualizuotas mokymas ir inovatyvių technologijų diegimo ugdymo procese svarba. Šiame darbe didelis dėmesys skiriamas pagrindiniam mokyklų uždaviniui prisitaikyti prie sparčiai kintančios technologinės aplinkos, todėl technologijų taikymas ugdymo procese laikomas pagrindiniu veiksniu siekiant sėkmingo individualizuoto ugdymo. Naujoviškų technologijų taikymas švietimo procese šiame tyrime suprantamas kaip pokytis, dėl kurio reikia keisti valdymo kultūrą. Remiantis moksline literatūra, sudaromos sąlygos, kaip mokyklos galėtų siekti galimybės sukurti novatorišką organizaciją: lyderystės pasikeitimą, bendradarbiavimo kultūros puoselėjimą, inovatyvių technologijų diegimą. Tyrimo objektas: Mokyklos kultūros kaitos valdymas Probleminiai klausimai: Kiek svarbus valdymas taikant naujoviškas technologijas švietimo procese? Kaip mokyklos kultūros valdymas lemia technologijų taikymą ugdymo procese? Tyrimo tikslas: Analizuoti mokyklos kultūros pokyčių valdymo įtaką, siekiant inovatyvių technologijų taikymo ugdymo procese. Tyrimo duomenų analizė parodė, kad mokyklos kultūros kaitos valdymas yra sudėtingas procesas, glaudžiai susijęs su esamos kultūros bruožais, kurio efektyvumas galimas, kai keičiasi darbuotojų bendravimo modeliai, bendruomenės lūkesčiai, vertybės, teigiama mokyklos aplinka ir įtakinga mokyklų vadovų lyderystė tai palaiko ir stiprina. Projekto "Kokybės krepšelis" vertintojų surinkti duomenys, diskusijos dalyvių nuostatos atskleidžia, kad inovatyvių technologijų taikymas ugdymo procese labiausiai siejamas su: • pamokos kokybė, mokinių asmeninės pažangos stebėjimas; • pedagogai, kurie nuolat reflektuoja, dalijasi patirtimi; • mokyklos veiklos įsivertinimas; • skaitmeninio turinio kokybę; • mokyklos vadovas, kuris stiprina ir motyvuoja mokytojus veikti; priimti politiniai sprendimai. Mokyklos vadovo įtaka diegiant inovatyvias technologijas mokyklose tapatinama su jo lyderyste, vizija ir sprendimais, laiko valdymo įgūdžiais, aktyvia veikla, pagrįsta bendravimo ir bendradarbiavimo kultūra, tikėjimu, kad technologijos gali prisidėti prie mokinių motyvacijos ir pasiekimų gerinimo, mokytojų profesinio tobulėjimo skatinimo, nuolatinis vertinimas ir pritaikymas, duomenimis pagrįsto valdymo taikymas, ištekliai ir parama mokytojams. Studijų metu buvo parengtas mokslinis straipsnis: „Inovacijų ir technologijų diegimas mokyklose“, kuris spausdintas leidinyje „Mokslinės minties šventė 2024: studentų mokslinių straipsnių rinkinys. Lithuanian and European Union documents regulating education emphasize personalized teaching and the importance of introducing innovative technologies into the educational process. In this work, great attention is paid to the fundamental task of schools to adapt to the rapidly changing technological environment, therefore, the application of technologies in the educational process is considered a key factor for achieving successful individualized education. The application of innovative technologies in the educational process in this study is understood as an adjustment that requires a change in the culture of management. On the basis of scientific literature, conditions are being designed on how schools could strive for the possibility of creating an innovative organization: a change in leadership, fostering a culture of cooperation, introducing innovative technologies. The object of the study: Management of school culture change Problematic issues: How important is management for the application of innovative technologies in the educational process? How does the management of school culture change determine the application of technology in the educational process? Purpose of the study: To analyse the influence of school culture change management in order to achieve the application of innovative technologies in the educational process. The analysis of the research data showed that the management of school culture change is a complex process closely related to the features of the existing culture, the effectiveness of which is possible when the patterns of staff interaction, community expectations, values change, and the positive school environment and the impactful leadership of school leaders support and strengthen this. The data collected by the evaluators of the project "Quality Basket", the provisions of the participants of the discussion reveal that the application of innovative technologies in the educational process is most associated with: • quality of the lesson, monitoring of students' personal progress; • educators who constantly reflect, share experiences; • self-assessment of school activities; • the quality of the digital content; • the head of the school, which strengthens and motivates teachers to act; • political decisions taken. The impact of the head of the school in the implementation of innovative technologies in schools is identified with his leadership, vision and solutions, time management skills, proactive action based on a culture of communication and cooperation, the belief that technologies can contribute to the improvement of students' motivation and achievements, the promotion of professional development of teachers, constant evaluation and adaptation, the application of data-based management, resources and support for teachers. During his studies, a scientific article was prepared: "The introduction of innovations and technologies in schools", which was printed in the publication "Celebration of Scientific Thought 2024: a collection of scientific articles for students.
