Darbe analizuota darbo teisinių santykių specifika, jų savito reguliavimo metodas, funkcijos bei sąsaja su civiline teise; darbo sutartis - kaip pagrindinis būdas įtvirtinti darbuotojo ir darbdavio susitarimus; susitarimai, kuriuos tiesiogiai numato DK ir dažniausiai darbo santykiuose paplitę susitarimai, kurie neprieštarauja DK.

Abstract (en)

The paper analyzes the relationship between the specificity of the legal work, their distinctive approach to regulatingthe functions and interface with the civil law, contracts - as a key way to strengthen worker and employer agreements; agreements which are expressly provided for by the Labor Code and the most prevalent in labor relations agreements, which conform to the norms of the Labor Code.
