Lately increasingly grows criticism of institutions of law and activity of judicature. One of the cause determinants this criticism is in criminal cases making various contraventions in criminal procedure. Violations of the law on criminal procedure makes harm to criminal procedure. Also with this violations or cancellations of constitutionals defendants, aggrieved persons or other criminal procedure member rights and preventing to reach provided points of criminal procedure and contend effectively with institutionalized criminality. All of this is reducing our national dwellers trust to juristic process and to administrated institutions and along with all state. Law separated essential violations of the law on criminal procedure from other criminal procedure wrongs keeping them appeal and investigation of the in cases principles of cassation rights. But in the practice of judicature and also in literature of the laws we can’t find undivided or pronounced conception between essential violations of the law on criminal procedure and violations of the law on criminal procedure. Classification subject of violations of the law on criminal procedure is quite relevant in these days. For the lack of violations of the law on criminal procedure classification and partially lack of literature about the law deciding that violations of the law on criminal procedure is classifiable pretty different for other reasons and it cause negative respond to crime procedure. In concluding work of master are analyzed violations of the law on criminal procedure and reviewing basic specialties for them. Invoked theoretical and practical backgrounds violations of the law on criminal procedure are classifiable to essential violations of the law on criminal procedure and to other violations of the law on criminal procedure. The purpose is to demarcate them and discuss about the aspects rating, far – reaching, the rise of detriment liquidation. Either is testing reasons why is arising and making mistakes in violations of the law on criminal procedure.
