Abstract

The goal of the present thesis is to evaluate the idea of health as the object of human rights and to submit the analysis of health as the object of the catalogue of human rights. Seeking to achieve the above-specified goal, the following tasks were raised, i.e. to analyze the concept of healht; to position health as the object of human rights in the catalogue of human rights; to consider the legal acts, which regulate human rights. The thesis consists out of the introduction, three chapters, end and conclusions; the thesis is divided into the chapters according to the nature of the items and problems under consideration. With taking into consideration peculiarities of health as an exceptional legal object, it may be supposed that not health as the legal object, but aspiration for better heath may serve as the principal right of each person. It‘s impossible to ensure human health as the right, which is grounded by the principal of equality of human rights, however, separate individuals may have the possibility to aspire for better health as an absolute good.
