Abstract

The Solution of the Schoolchild wellness problems is the complicated process, what require the innovative reforms in field of public Healthcare Policy and System. At present, the main role of organizing of Schoolchild health supervision, play municipalities. Therefore, in final work, is analysis of the fundamental problems, which influence the effective implementation of Schoolchild Healthcare. It was estimated, that the main factors are the health specialist qualification, the work load and the financing, also correct adjustment of Schoolchild Healthcare System. Considering that the new System of Schoolchild Health supervision exist only two years, therefore the work describes essential aspects, which makes this System non-effective.
