The Master’s thesis analyzes the termination of employment contract without notification due to employee fault. The paper subject deals with law and other literature, legal acts, Supreme Court practice and analyzes the termination of employment without notification due to employee fault and cases for unlawful dismissal law practice. To achieve the aim authoress bring the independent tasks and they could be found in each chapter of the final paper. The first chapter analyzes the designation methods of disciplinary penalties and termination of employment contract without notification for a grave violation of work duties. Second chapter investigates the conception of grate violation of work duties and analyzes the basic list violations. The examples of termination of employment contract without notification due to employees fault in Federation of Russia, Poland, Great Britain and Canada Ontario province are presented.
