Abstract

In work we try to seach analyse and estimate defending of the State social prohibition fund property rights in process of bunkrupt by theory and pratctice aspect. It is one of disposition to stop growth of payment debts of the State social prohibition and to dismiss insureds, who are not solvent and implement activities from turnover. In the first part of work we present structure of the State social prohibition fund board of administration, activities, position in the bunkrupt law. There are opened activities, problem and functions of territorial section with bunkrupt initiative for enterprise, which are not payment. Lay out meaning of collection of obligatory payment for bunkrupt law. In the second part all attention are in investigation for compulsory influence means, which are used in territorial section till bunkrupt case taking out, pead for budget of the Fund. We present investigation of various practice situations. Deduction is made, that timely adaptation of compulsory influence means give positive result. There are analyse with concrete examples, burden of arguing territorial section for court, bunkrupt cases taking out for insureds, who are not solvent. In the third part author investigate problems, which are connected with demandes of creditors and satisfy of them. It was explain about wokers of enterprise become bunkrupt priority law and use quarantees of social for bunkrupt enterprise with violation law, who works honesty and pay taxables.
