Abstract

The main concepts: logistics, logistical chain, storage, store, store man, material flows, accounting of the material valuables, documents of the storage contract, resource, accounting of the resource, inventory. In the final paper “Juridical Basics of the Load Storage in the Logistic Chain” for the master degree there are analysed storage conception and technique, functions and types of the stores, and the essence and structure of the juridical basics of the load storage in the logistic chain. Seeking to examine and generalize the juridical basics of the storage in the paper there are researched national legislation of the country and standard law certificates relative to the researched range, analysed the opinion of various authors about storage and its juridical basics. It is given a lot of attention in the paper to the examination of the accounting documents of the material valuables. Material flow in the logistic chain is interrupted in the stock and production storage places as concerns the objective reasons, because of that there are examined in the paper the topics of the material valuables accounting, protection and its right distribution analysing the basics of the juridical regulation.
