The study entirely analyses peculiarities of transportation of passengers and their luggage by air freight and its legal regulation. The transportation of passengers and their luggage by air freight is specific activity, which is strongly connected with factual security and legal factors. The all factors determinate peculiarities of such kind of the transportation and need special attention. The research presents the definition of the transportation of passengers and their luggage by air freight and sources of legal regulation as well. The study also presents the limitations and suggestions of this regulation how improve the legal rules, safeguarding balance between the carriers and passengers legal interests and swimmingly activity of such kind of transportation.
