Abstract (lt)
First part of study is to analyse the conception of the public property in the Roman law and the Modern law, the second part – the public property singularity of Lithuania and principles of law. The third part – attainment and loss basics of the public property. It were used various methods for work analysis, that was accomplished certain legislation of the Republic of Lithuania analysis. It were created base concepts, classifications and principles too. There is analyse inquiring object rise, interplay in the past and now. At the end, the results of investigation were structured and it was made conclusion of investigation with definition of the public property conception.
