Abstract

The work represents the conception of the rights of ownership and the conception of the restitution of the rights of ownership, the assumptions of the restitution of the rights of ownership; it is also analysed legal regulation of the restoration of the rights of ownership to the existing real property. In order to show the social efficiency of the restoration of the rights of ownership to the existing real property, there are analysed the procedural problems of the restoration of the ownership rights, payment problems of the compensations for the redeemable state land. There are also analysed the interest conflicts between the former and present owners of the restoring property, when the former owners of the property try to restore the rights of ownership to the real property, which was legally obtained by other persons. The conclusions and recommendations are formulated in the end of the work.
