Abstract

The Master’s degree final paper “The public sector’s state officers’ attributes of behavioral culture and professional etiquette” focuses on the concept, meaning and elements of the public sector’s state officers’ attributes of behavioral culture and professional etiquette. The research data reveals the present status of the public sector’s state officers’ attributes of behavioral culture and professional etiquette. The final part of the paper offers conclusions and suggestions which could be implemented in order to improve the public sector’s state officers’ skills of behavioral culture and professional etiquette.
