Abstract (lt)
The issue approaches the main features of possession in the ages of ancient Rome and nowadays, the mean of the concpet "possession" in Lithuanian civil law. Also it spekas about the features of the possessorial action and recognizes the main differences between it and other ways of the protection of possession.
