Master‘s theses are devoted to describe the methods ensuring labour discipline and the objective of theses is to analyze the methods which ensure labour discipline in enterprises, institutions, organizations, using analyses of nonfiction, document studies and comparative analyses. First the conception of labour discipline is defined, then duties of employees and employers are emphasized, work regulations, job descriptions and regulations are described as documents, ensuring labour discipline. The most efficient methods such as encouragement and disciplinary liability are defined in the fourth section. The recent judicial practise is reviewed and compared with adequate aspects with foreign countries. Eventually, special legal acts regulating labour discipline are emphasized, studying disciplinary statutes of the distributive trades, at the end of master’s theses conclusions, recommendations and list of literature are introduced.
