Abstract (lt)
The thesis Prenatal Testing and the Problem of Rights of Disabled People analyses the prenatal testing in the light of the rigts disabled people. The emphasis is put on the discrepancy between the actions and the goals pursued during the prenatal testing and the rights of disabled people and the requirement formed in the society to secure them. Such problems are analyzed using analytical and comprative methods. The formulated hypothesis confirms because the existence of prenatal testing is being proved to violate the rights of disabled people.
