When you can’t gave education for gifted children, the spirit of the society could live in want, because relations between the gifted and the community can open his talent. Was his talent just starting to develop, or capabilities of gifted takes no notice belong at all that matters: at the community opinions, at the roles of school in education and parental authority to understand capabilities of gifted. Schools deserve some of the blame, because not everybody can show their capabilities. It would be better if we should have more caseworkers, psychologists, parents and teachers, whom it may concern it. In final work for masters of social work degree aims to analyse of gifted children education and the possibilities of it's development searching in psychological, social, pedagogical aspects. Possibilities of gifted children development discussing the primary teachers, who work with gifted children, reports. Were also analysed requirements for identification of gifted, social problems and facilities of caseworker. A theory founded in fact says, that we have problems with programme of education, we have social problems on speaking terms between parents, child, caseworkers. Identify of gifted decider factor depends on family, education standard, specializing in system of education. The identification laden with pedagogical opinion about gifted. Primary teachers sense of occasion that gifted don’t have problems with: self-offence, communicative, criticism. In default of education are: education policy, training requirements, teaching materials, financial interest and collaboration with parents, teachers and caseworkers. Teachers practice on methods good for education of gifted, but to solved the difficulty we can with new program of education.
