Abstract (lt)
The chosen topic is relevant for Lithuania because it is by the sea and Klaipeda harbor is an important transport centre for all Baltic region. Our state faces the problems of law navigation. One of them is the control of harbor of naval power. It is necessary to analyze the question of the control of harbor in naval power according the EU directives. We also aimed to sift through the problems that Lithuania encounters while implementing the directives mentioned and the perspectives of our state. It is significant to stress that the questions mentioned above have never been analyzed before
