The subject of this work is “Public administration and environmental specifications implementation effectiveness in the companies.” These keywords have been used in these final these for MA degree work: eco-management and audit scheme, integrated pollution prevention and control permission, the best available techniques, emission trading scheme, environmental observation, gas causing the greenhouse effect, environmental management system, etc. The aim of this work is educe the reasons which simulate the introducing of progressive technologies, eco-management and audit scheme (EMAS) and ISO 14000 environmental standarts. The first part of the work is the review of the literature which is related to the subject of research. It is the literature on the environmental observation, ISO 14000 enviromental standarts, eco-management and audit scheme (EMAS), the best available techniques etc. The main laws related to the subject of work have been surveyed too. The research of final theses for MA degree is presented in the second chapter. The data of the research is analysed there, concludions are drawn as well as reasons which caused differences of opinion are given. At the end fo work are drawn generalized conclusions advice is given.
