Considering the innovative treatment methods and medical tests, their development systems, EU requirements and experience, the final paper evaluates their legal compatibility with Lithuanian legal system. The aim of compatibility is to assure equal health service, which would satisfy human’s medical requirements. The health service has to correspond the standards of scientific progress and the quality of it should be appreciable constantly. Security of evaluated human rights and protection has to be realizable according to the regulations of the Constitution. Rather broad system of legal means, solidified both in the Constitution and in many other laws, secures the human right to life. The legal regulation in association with morality, religion and other social norms, first of all, is intended to protect human rights to life.
