Bendrosios jungtinės sutuoktinių nuosavybės padalijimo problemos

This work analyses Lithuanian legislation in respect of the concept of common owners proprietary rights and the problems the cout deals in realizabling the law. A theoretical issue of the process of law intermediation in the law system has been performed. As a result, processes related to the activities of an common owners have been identified, and the effects of various properties of the law system on such processes have been established. It is noted that the existing infrastructure of the law system (which mainly determines accessibility to information within it) and institutional structure of the system do not provide favorable conditions for capital market based asset allocation.
