Abstract

The content of summary: there are presented the actuality of chosen theme of final work, the aim of final work, found outcomes and given advices, The final work consists of three parts, dived into seven chapters. The author of final work inducts the conception of prevention of human rights and prevention of crimes, also, there are analyzed problems of program implementation and efficiency prevention about prevention of human rights and prevention of crimes. The author arises the aim in the final work to analyze one of most important police functions-the implementation of prevention of crimes and the import of this activity for the prevention of human rights. The prevention of crimes- it’s the totality of used means by police, governmental and nongovernmental institutions , which preclude human right’s violations , the coordination of implementation of prevention means, the evaluation of criminological crime situation in the country, the education of society and stimulation of collaboration between the society and police. Nowadays, in the time of modern democratic society, the main aims of criminological crime prevention activities should be the increasing of person’s safety feeling and effective security of human rights. At the moment the police peculiarities of prevention actions are connected with expectations of society (police serves for people). Society reacts very sensitively to each change of crime tendency, and especially reacts to very felony, resonance, and very wide response crimes and their increasing. Due to growth of society worry, police is required to find immediate and cardinal means for stopping crime increasing. According to it, police must concentrate to very separate crime kinds’, except the human traffic, control and prevention. The analysis of laws and scientific researches and statistic data has showed, that police prevention activity in the field of the human traffic is kept incomplete effective, because only several police departments are busy with police prevention in human traffic. Mostly prevent ional means, used by police are directed to specialized criminal groups, when there is not created legal and social system, which would stop involving new members (persons) to prostitution; Also, there is not developed effective legal help for human traffic and prostitution victims. The author wants to accent, that there is not created the ideal research for wanted people. The system of information provision of human traffic prevention, investigation and detection starts it functioning only now.
