Military forces are specific institution of education. Not only soldiership skills are acquired during service, but forms personality, improves competence also. Military forces are specific environment there accents discipline and responsibility. Rules, Statute are more strict compare with other education institution. Enough attention at military forces intended to improve personal health: balanced nourishment, physical activity, etc. Main aim of this final paper – evaluate influence of military service to personal health and formation individual attitude to personal health. Also take instrumentality to positive changes. In this case were set goals: 1. distinguish personal health educational peculiarities at military service; 2. perform empirical research to find attitude of persons in military service to person health; 3. propose health lifestyle education and formation at military forces theoretical models. As shows research results at military service most of conscript’s health gets better, decreased injury level, morbidity. Part of conscript’s request health education. Most of them consider that skills and knowledge achieved at military service will be useful and will impact their attitude to health lifestyle. Research results also show that there are some problems. Conscripts have limited awareness about health lifestyle. Medical office of military forces activity is passive and must be improved.
