Abstract

The problem of cooperation has to be perceived nowadays in the broader context of an opnnes, open door tactics, and globalization processes The small and medium enterprises, which are the object of this research, are more dependent than big ones from the partnership, competition, as well as from the market conditions. Cooperation with their environment is based on the negotiation skills, on the rules of fair play and a good name they gain by time. In this paper we indicate the progress of the small and medium enterprises in creating reciprocal connections with the suppliers and clients, in using negotiation to achieve the better results, in the ways of building image.
