Pensijų sistemos reformos Prancūzijoje

Straipsnyje aptariamos pagrindinės pensijų sistemų reformų priežastys Europos Sąjungos (ES) valstybėse, Prancūzijos Respublikos (Prancūzija) pensijų sistemos situacija kitų ES valstybių fone, pateikiama analizė, iliustruojanti Prancūzijoje vykdytų pensijų sistemų reformų pobūdį. Nagrinėjant Prancūzijos pensijų sistemos reformas ir lyginant ES valstybių vykdytas pensijų reformas, taikyti mokslinės literatūros analizės, ES valstybių norminių teisės aktų ir ES institucijų dokumentų analizės, istorinis ir lyginamosios analizės metodai. Šio teorinio tyrimo rezultatai, pateikiami apibendrinimai ir išvados gali būti panaudoti reformuojant Lietuvos pensijų sistemą ar kaip metodinė literatūra šia tema besidomintiems akademinės bendruomenės nariams.

An aim of this article is to analyze causes and practical reforms of the pension system in France. Another task is to compare France pension system reforms with pension systems reforms in the European Union countries and to sum up it. This theme is actual not only in the light of the execution of the reforms of France pension system, but also because Lithuania is in the middle of co-ordination processes in the field of social protection system of the European Union. The practical results and conclusions of this article could be used in the light of the future reforms of Lithuanian pension system. Also it may be used as a methodical literature studying the actual processes in the field of the pension system reforms of France.
