In diesem Artikel wird reflexive Selbstforschung als eine Strategie, die informelles Lernen anzuregen fähig ist. Die Interviewzitate verdeutlichen, dass die reflexive Selbstforschung, praktisch gesehen, zur beruflichen Kompetenzentwicklung der Lehrkräfte führt.
The article deals with reflective self-examination as informal-learning promoting strategy. The conducted survey reveals how reflective self-examination helps a teacher perceive strong and weak aspects of his/her pedagogical activity as well as how it contributes to the development of his/her professional competence.
