Нелегальная миграция и безопасность государства с перспективы пограничной стражи

International migrations accompanied humankind from the past, therefore in the different periods of time this issue had a variable intensity. The analysis of current trends in migration leads to the conclusion that this issue will increase in the near future. It means that more people will decide to change their place of living, and every country will become a source or final destination of migration. Poland like other countries of the Schengen zone, face very important challenges and tasks, which result from the actual and forecasted migration situation in the world, Europe and the region. Current polarization of the development level between rich and poor countries, increased frustration and social unhappiness, retardation, poverty, natural environment degradation, dangerous epidemics, uncontrolled migrations, all of those disrupt the stability of national borders and nations safety. The author conducts the analysis of threats to the national safety concerning illegal migration, indicating reasons, directions and tendencies of illegal migration issue increase in the aspect of Polish Border Guard.

Tarptautinė migracija egzistuoja nuo senų laikų. Jos kitimo krypčių analizė leidžia prognozuoti, kad ateityje jos srautai didės. Atsižvelgiant į tai, galima manyti, kad vis daugiau žmonių keis gyvenamąją šalį. Taip, kaip Lenkija, taip ir kitos Šentgeno šalys, iškėlė sau labai svarbų iššūkį ir tikslus, įtakotus didėjančios migracijos situacijos Europoje ir pasaulyje. Dabartinė polirizacija tarp pasiturinčių ir skurdžių šalių išsivystymo lygio yra įtakota nusivylimo ir socialinio nepasitenkinimo, atsilikimo, skurdo, natūralios gamtos nykimo, pavojingų epidemijų, nekontroliuojamos migracijos. Visa tai ardo nacionalinių sienų stabilumą ir tautų saugumą. Autorius analizuoja nacionalinio saugumo grėsmes, įtakotas nelegalios migracijos, įvardindamas jos priežastis, kryptis ir tendencijas bei akcentuoja nelegalios migracijos aspektus, siedamas juos su Lenkijos sienos apsauga.
