Transport - and especially sea transportation - industry is one of strategic economical and political fields in Lithuania as a part of EU. To understand better the factors influencing Lithuania's only international seaport competitive advantages as well as the rivalry in the whole industry of transportation, the analysis of Klaipeda State Seaport competitiveness on the ground of Porter's five forces model was carried.
