Abstract
An article is discussing the problem related to the development of the criminal personality. The criminal personality can't be developed immediately. The criminal personality is being formed step by step. Various social, psychosocial and environment aspects influence it. The aforementioned aspects can be evaluated positively or negatively. If the formation of personality was based on the negative impact factors, the personality of criminal started to form. While investigating into the criminal personality the method of system analysis was applied. According to this method, a synthetic model of criminal personality has been created. The model mentioned includes a pre-criminal preschool stage of the criminal personality formation, a pre-criminal formal school stage of the criminal personality formation, a pre-criminal informal school stage of the criminal personality formation, a stage of the criminal personality formation and a post-criminal stage of the criminal personality evolution. All these stages are coherent with personality crisis. Pre-criminal preschool stage of the criminal personality formation is characterized by the beginning of the criminal personality formation. It is influenced by improper socialization gained in family. Pre-criminal formal school stage influenced by improper socialization gained in school and personality accentuations. It can be connected to immoral behavior. Pre-criminal informal school stage of criminal personality formation influenced by improper socialization in informal group and working environment. It can be also connected to immoral behavior and committing the administration law violence. Committing a crime within the stage of the criminal personality evolution shall be the feature of the criminal personality criminalization. Needs of antisocial personality shall focus the criminal personality on criminal actions. The needs mentioned should be often satisfied by illegal ways - by committing crimes.
