Teisių fakulteto studentų darbai 1925-1939 m. I dalis (1925-1932)

Tyrime aptariami Lietuvos universiteto (vėliau VDU) Teisių fakulteto diplominiai darbai chronologine tvarka, išskiriant juos pagal teisės šakas, atsižvelgiant į jų struktūrą, naudotą literatūrą, teisės aktus, teismų jurisprudenciją, studentų vartojamą teisinę kalbą. Taip pat pateikiamos, autorės nuomone, vertingiausios ar įdomiausios darbų citatos, įvardijami dėstytojai, vertinę darbus, atskleidžiami studentų likimai. Pats tyrimas publikuojamas keturiuose straipsniuose. Šiame straipsnyje analizuojami aštuoniasdešimt devyni studentų baigiamieji darbai, parašyti laikotarpiu nuo 1925 iki 1932 metų. Baigiamieji darbai atskleidžia ne tik Teisių fakulteto veiklą, ruošiant būsimus teisininkus valstybei, bet ir to meto Lietuvos aktualijas. Studentai rašė apie Lietuvos valstybės sukūrimo teisinius aspektus, teisėjų rinkimų galimybę, advokatūros organizaciją, tabako monopolį, prekių ženklus, sąžiningą konkurenciją, užsieniečių teisinį statusą, valstybės kreditą, darbo sutartis, paveldėjimą, autorių teises, hipoteką, prievoles, turto nuomą, servitutą, įvaikinimą, atstovavimą, trečiųjų asmenų dalyvavimą teisminiame procese, bausmes, veikas, priešingas teisei, jų stadijas, nusikaltimo bendrininkus, nėštumo nutraukimą, nepakaltinamumą, ekstradiciją, liudininko statusą, įrodinėjimą, nepilnamečių teisimą, kasacinį procesą, valstybės vaidmenį tarptautinėje teisėje, Tautų Sąjungą, Nuolatinį Tarptautinį Teisingumo Teismą, tarptautinius pervežimus geležinkeliais, Lietuvos prekybos sutartis, Užjordanės statusą.

The study examines the final theses of the students of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lithuania (later Vytautas Magnus University). It is based on different branches of law, taking into account their structure, the literature, legal acts, jurisprudence the students used, and the Lithuanian legal language of that time. The most valuable quotes of the works are presented, the teachers who assessed the works are named, and the fates of the students are revealed. The research itself will be published in several articles. This is the first article of the research. It covers eighty-nine students’ final theses written between 1925 and 1932. Students wrote about the legal aspects of the creation of the state of Lithuania, the possibility of election of judges, the organization of the bar, the monopoly of tobacco, trademarks, fair competition, legal status of foreigners, state credit, labor contracts, inheritance, copyright, mortgage, obligations, lease of property, easement, adoption of children, representation in the court, participation of third parties in judicial proceedings, punishments, termination of pregnancy, extradition, status of witness status, evidence, juvenile crimes, the process of cassation, state role in international law, the League of Nations, the International Court of Justice, etc. In many theses students compared legal regulation and case-law, also used the experience of the US, England, Denmark, Spain, Norway, the Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Japan, Czechoslovakia, the Soviet Union and other countries.
