Šeima tarp bendrijos ir individo

Straipsnyje nagrinėjama šeima kaip individo brendimo aplinka ir kaip visuomenės raidos veiksnys. Iškeliama didžioji tezė: šeima – socialinio atsinaujinimo šaltinis, maitinamas individo egzistencinėmis nuostatomis. Mažosios tezės: šeimoje perduodama kultūros tradicija patiria negrįžtamus pokyčius; šeima yra individo egzistencinės žiūros formavimosi vieta; šeimos laikiškumas apima tiek jos istoriškumą, tiek laikinę egzistenciją joje; šeimos politika atspindi santykį tarp valstybės viešos ir šeimos privačios erdvės; šeima yra kultūros naratyvo aplinka, kuri ardoma individo egzistenciniu pasakojimu. Šeima traktuojama tiek kaip bendrijos modelis, tiek kaip antibendrija, teikianti individualius kūrybinius postūmius visuomenės raidai.

The article deals with family as the environment for the development of individual and social maturity. The major thesis is: the family is the source of social renewing while it has been nourished by the individual’s existential aspirations. The minor theses are: when the cultural tradition is transferred to the family, it acquires irreversible changes; family is the place for the forming of the individual’s existential viewing; the temporality of family covers both its historicity and temporal existence; family policy mirrors the relationship between the public state space and the private family space; the family’s environment of cultural narration can be destroyed by individual existential narration. So, the family is treated both as a community’s model and as an anti-community. It provides the individual creative impulses for social development.
