One important conclusion comes out from trends in labour movement regulation: labor force currently is tied to particular region due to legal regulation, but the faster deregulation takes place, the less likely competitive advantage of particular region will be based on the skills of its labor force only, since labor will migrate for the search of higher rewards.[...].
