Slaugos paslaugų namuose efektyvumo vertinimas yra svarbus siekiant užtikrinti kokybiškas ir tvarias paslaugas, ypač atsižvelgiant į senstančią visuomenę ir didėjantį slaugos paslaugų poreikį. Tyrimo tikslas – įvertinti slaugos paslaugų namuose efektyvumą naudojant duomenų apgaubties analizės metodą. Tyrimo metu taikytas duomenų apgaubties analizės (DEA) metodas, kuris leido įvertinti skirtingų paslaugų teikėjų efektyvumą. Rezultatai parodė, kad VšĮ Kauno miesto poliklinika ir VšĮ Centro poliklinika pasiekė maksimalų efektyvumo rodiklį, tačiau norint pasiekti dar didesnį efektyvumą reikalingi tolesni tyrimai ir naujų metodikų taikymas, atsižvelgiant į slaugos paslaugų specifiką. Rezultatai parodė, kad VšĮ Kauno miesto poliklinika ir VšĮ Centro poliklinika pasiekė didžiausią efektyvumo lygį (1), o kiti paslaugų teikėjai buvo mažiau efektyvūs. Tyrimas atskleidė, kad duomenų apgaubties analizės metodas gali suteikti objektyvų ir tikslų slaugos paslaugų namuose efektyvumo vertinimą, tačiau siekiant dar didesnio efektyvumo būtina plėtoti tyrimus ir taikyti naujas metodikas.
The evaluation of home healthcare service efficiency is crucial to ensure highquality and sustainable services, especially considering the aging population and the increasing demand for nursing services. The aim of the study was to assess the efficiency of home healthcare services using the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method. The DEA method was applied to evaluate the efficiency of different service providers, and the results showed that Kaunas City Polyclinic and Centro Polyclinic achieved the highest efficiency level. However, to achieve even greater efficiency, further research development and the application of new methodologies, considering the specifics of home healthcare services, are necessary. The results indicated that Kaunas City Polyclinic and Centro Polyclinic reached the highest efficiency score (1), while other service providers were less efficient. The study revealed that the DEA method can provide an objective and accurate evaluation of home healthcare efficiency. However, to achieve even greater efficiency, further research and the application of new methods are essential.
