The purpose of this article is to analyze the impact of the hybrid work model on the leadership abilities and skills required in today's organizations. The study was conducted using semi-structured interviews with managers working in hybrid work. Research the challenge is to identify managerial abilities and practices that help manage hybrid teams effectively in a constantly changing work environment. The article aligns with the conference's focus on innovative management practices and leadership in changing organizational environments by providing scientific evidence and practical recommendations for managers looking to adapt to evolving work conditions. Methodology – The research data was collected through a qualitative study that analyzed the responses of managers. The research aimed to understand how managers can adapt to new work models and what competencies are necessary to ensure effective team management. Results - The results of the study show that the hybrid and remote work model is becoming more and more popular, improving work-life balance and increasing productivity. For the successful management of hybrid teams, it is necessary to develop managers' flexibility, IT literacy, empathy, decision-making and communication skills. Effective communication, trust in employees and constant feedback are essential to ensure an efficient work process and strengthen team spirit. Originality/Value – This research provides new insights into the management of hybrid work models and the need for new leadership skills and practices in hybrid work environments. The results of the study will help organizational leaders understand how their communication style and leadership changes can affect team performance, employee motivation, and overall organizational culture.
