Lietuvoje taikytų atsako į Covid-19 pandemiją politikos priemonių poveikio vertinimas

Straipsnyje pateikiami atsako į COVID-19 pandemiją politikos priemonių poveikio Lietuvos ekonomikai ir gyventojų socalinei būklei vertinimo rezultatai. Vertinimui buvo panaudoti pertrauktų laiko eilučių ir užsienio šalių lyginamosios analizės metodai. Sudaryti segmentuotos regresijos ir tiesinės regresijos modeliai parodė, kad karantino režimo ribojimai Lietuvoje padėjo suvaldyti COVID-19 viruso plitimą pirmosios pandemijos bangos laikotarpiu (2020 m. vasario 26–birželio 15 d.), tačiau, lyginant su Latvija, Estija ir Suomija, buvo griežtesni ir turėjo neigiamų pasekmių Lietuvos ekonomikai ir gyventojams. Paramos verslui, nukentėjusiam nuo COVID-19, priemonės buvo netinkamai įgyvendinamos, ir tai turėjo didesnę įtaką nei kitose ES šalyse išaugusiam Lietuvos gyventojų nedarbui.

The article presents the results of the evaluation of the impact of policy measures of government response to the COVID-19 pandemic on the Lithuanian economy and the social condition of the population. Methods of comparative analysis of several countries and interrupted time series design were used for the evaluation. Segmented regression and linear regression models were developed, which indicated that the restrictions of the quarantine regime in Lithuania helped to control the spread of COVID-19 during the first wave of the pandemic (February 26 - June 15, 2020), but, compared to Latvia, Estonia and Finland, they were more severe which resulted in more severe negative consequences for the Lithuanian economy and population. Measures to support businesses affected by COVID-19 were not properly implemented, which had a much greater impact on the rise in unemployment among the Lithuanian population than in other EU countries.
