Abstract
Scientific article is dedicated to the identification o f the opportunities of e-recruitment through social media platforms and its future development in Lithuania. The research highlights the concept of e-recruitment, factors that influence e-recruitment through social media platforms. Theoretical aspects o f hiring personnel through e-platforms were analyzed: definition of recruitment, channels of hiring personnel and advantages and disadvantages of e-recruitment. The methodology of expert evaluation was used in the paper. The factors influencing e-recruitment through social media platforms were presented and analyzed according to expert evaluation, opportunities of further development were presented as well. After the theoretical, methodological and empirical part conclusions for successful e-recruitment through social media platforms were presented.
