Abstract (en)
Spatial and temporal parameters of starts as well as correlation between kinematics of arm actions and other parameters of start were determined. It appeared that arm actions influence efficiency of start: prolong arm contact increases duration of all actions, influences trunk position during taking-off, flight, impacts speed of flight and length of start.
