2004 m. Vilniaus viešoji įstaiga Centro poliklinika įsigijo naują modernų atviros sistemos 0,23 T galingumo Signa Profile GE magnetinio rezonanso tomografą (MRT). Šiuo magnetinio rezonanso tomografu 2004 liepos mėn.–2005 m. balandžio mėn. laikotarpiu atlikta 1137 MRT tyrimų, daugiausia tirta neurologinių ir neurochirurginių ligonių – atlikta 493 (42%) stuburo, 439 (39%) galvos, 148 (13%) kaulų ir sąnarių sistemos, 41 (4%) pilvo ertmės, 10 (1%) krūtų, ir 6 (1%) kitų tyrimų. Šiame straipsnyje aprašoma ir analizuojama patirtis dirbant su 0,23 T MRT. Pateikiama krūtų tyrimo atlikimo metodika, apžvelgiamos tyrimų indikacijos ir kontraindikacijos.
In 2004 m. in Outpatient Clinic Centro poliklinika the examinations with 0,23 T Signa Profile magnetic rezonance system started. From 2004 July till 2005 April 1137 MRI procedures were performed. 493 (42%) spine, 439 head (39%), 148 musculoskeletal (13%), 41 (4%) of abdomen and pelvis, 10 breast (1%) were performed. In Outpatient Clinic Centro poliklinika breast examination were performed and evaluated. The purpose of this article is to review some technical aspects and to evaluate the possibilities and advance of the 0, 23 T MRI system in outpatient clinic. In this article we discussing about the routine and specialized clinical examinations using a comprehensive range of proven pulse sequences and image enhancement techniques, kinematic examination of the joints, describing the experience of the breast MRI, the methodic of the examination, indications and contraindication.
