The leadership is important for the managers not only in private, but in the public sector too. The leaders are responsible for the efficiency of the group and the company. In this article you can find the paradigm of New Public Management, which accentuates requirements for the public sector managers; also systematic thought by different authors about leadership theories and properties necessary for the executive manager in the sphere of contemporary managerial environment. In this article you will find the study of six different styles of leadership with influence for the company’s climate (described by D. Goleman).
