Abstract

Decision making as a key issue for public governance is under permanent discussions for researchers and practitioners. Rational and structural approach to decision making as decision support system is more common to be applied to business problems rather than to public policy. However, rational methods, which create common problem perception and give more transparency to public decision making process, could directly contribute to demand of democracy and add decision validitv.
