The article actualizes the issue of identifying the intellectual resources of the enterprise in the conditions of the fourth industrial revolution. It is proved that the ability to use the intellectual resource base by increasing the resource value allows to form fundamentally new key competencies, and the ability to create such value - transformed into prolonged competitive advantages of the enterprise in a competitive market. It is proposed to supplement the list of determinants that can cause both decay, as well as restorative reconstructive development of domestic industrial enterprises in the future, intellectual. The preconditions are defined and the target model of competences of personnel of industrial enterprises in the conditions of the fourth industrial revolution is proposed. The key factors of the further successful activity of domestic enterprises with adaptation to digital technologies as a powerful driver of innovation business development are substantiated.
