Straipsnyje nagrinėjamas vekselių reguliavimas Lietuvos Respublikoje, atsižvelgiant į Ženevos vekselių konvencijoje patvirtintą Bendrąjį įstatymą dėl įsakomojo ir paprastojo vekselio ir iš dalies lyginant su užsienio valstybių praktika.

The legal regulation of the bills of exchange and promissory notes in the Lithuanian Republic then is analyzed in this article. This regulation is analyzed in the context of Geneva Convention on Unani- mous law of bills of exchange and promissory notes and compared with practice in foreign countries.
