Quality assurance in practical education: the dimensions

The purpose of this article is to define the dimensions of quality assurance in practical education. The study identified four dimensions of quality assurance in practical education: activity, motivation competenccs and qualifications, and environment. The system of four dimensions was identified by content analysis and factor analysis. Motivation dimension is composed of social responsibility; needs, expectations and attitudes of stakeholders; needs, expectations and attitudes of customers. Activity dimension involves behavior of leaders; practical education and other processes management; potential of community; partnership relations. Competence and qualification dimension consists of practical competences of students; qualifications and competences of teachers; knowledge, skills and innovations management. Environmental dimension includes the external and internal environment and is holistic in its core: brings together all three other dimensions.
