This research is important in the aspect that knowledge and creative society organisation is the manufacturer more of the knowledge than products and that’s why intellectual capital is the main competitive factor. Successful management of intellectual capital can provide new sales channels, unique products and motivating organisational culture. The research of Intellectual capital impact for the orgnaisation is increasing. The deeper understanding and better management of intellectual capital defines very important yet little researched field of management theory and practice. This work addresses the problematic by researching the concept of the intellectual capital and its elements, the positive effects for the organisation and state, evaluation tendencies and models. The object is concept of intellectual capital. The aim to solve the problem is to analyse the concept of intellectual capital in the context of the latest research. In order to reach the target these tasks were brought forward 1) to research the concept of the intelecutal capital; 2) to analyse the elements of intellecutal capital content 3) to exclude the benefits of intellectual capital for the organisation; 4) to analyse the problems of intellectual capital evaluation; 5) to exclude the possible opportunities for the development of intellecutal capital. Various methods were used: analysis and synthesis, comparative analysis, deduction and generalisation.
