Abstract
The article says that efficient teaching is not possible if the lecturer does not form one common team with the students and if the students do not accept the methodology offered by the lecturer. The student survey shows that they highly evaluate the methodology of management studies because they have the possibility to develop "good managerial" skills such as self- analysis, suitable communication, the correct assessment of their colleagues' activities, adapting to the challenges of the changing environment.
