The article is devoted to the analysis and generalization of the economic policy of the transformation period in Ukraine. The problem of studying political and social transformations has an important theoretical and practical significance for societies undergoing change. Such societies include Ukraine. The key economic transformations that have occurred in Ukraine over the past 25 years have been identified. The main successes and failures of economic policy under the rule of the presidents of Ukraine since 1992 have been analyzed and revealed.
